This product has been Specifically designed by Grisport for welders. Kevlar stitching and a wide Velcro closure for easy on/off. With a steel toe cap and non-metallic midsole, this boot is light-weight, comfortable and flexible and will withstand a tough work environment.

What is kevlar stitching ?
Kevlar stitching is a light material ,but also very strong, and can withstand extreme heat, unlike nylon or cotton stitching which is okay on some PPE (personal protective equipment) clothing and gloves where heat or that extra strength is not needed.
